Pots for Cerwin Vega D9

I need 16ohm pots for the tweeter level on a pair of vega D9. I can't seem to find one. Anyone know where I can find one? Just a regular knurled shaft single gang pot.

I checked digikey, mouser, and ebay. Ebay might have one but the search just turns up wrong resistances.

There's Lpads on sites like mcm, partsconnexion, but they are way too big to fit in these.

The parts teal'c suggest would work but will cost me about $60 canadian. They look like original and are rated at 5W.

I've head these pots are the weak point of the speaker, anyone know about this?
I'm also debating ordering better parts and mounting them below the crossover panel.
