power cable for Leak Point One Stereo preamp to connect to Leak TL/12+ monoblocks

Hey all, thought it worth asking this in the DIY forum.

Anyone know who could make a power cable for the Point One Stereo preamp so it can be powered by the TL-12 Plus monoblocks?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
