So many options. I would just take note that your amp has an input impedance of 22K ohms. When choosing your preamp try to follow the general rule of thumb that the amp’s load input impedance (22K ohms in your case) is 10 times greater than the output impedance of the preamp.

Update:
Budget used $750-1k
I have ART phono preamp
This is for straight 2 channel source
Need HT passthru I think to route all other to AVR

I would definitely agree with getting Schiit. An inexpensive high bang per buck option.

BK, Acurus and Aragon has one version with remote

Fair enough.

Need HT passthru I think to route all other to AVR

This could be done with a simple 2:1 passive switchbox between the preamp and power amp. Unless it also needs to be remote controllable. That may be a bit difficult. Running your AVR (preamp outputs, I assume) through a standard preamp input would require you match the volume settings on the pre to the same level each time you switch to the AVR. I'm not aware of any preamp that has a built in passthru that's past the volume control (even a processor loop is typically wired before the volume). That doesn't mean it doesn't exist, but if it does, it's probably pretty rare.

ETA: I should have clarified. There are plenty of remote controlled external RCA switch boxes available. The only issue is that it would be a different remote than that controlling the preamp.
ETA2: plenty is probably an overstatement. Amazon has a couple. Most remote switchboxes these days are HDMI.

Here's an enormously long list of pre-amps with HT bypass, in alphabetical order. You should be able to find something suitable from this:

As said above check impedance matching but the vast majority will be compatible with the Aragon (good amp btw).
