Preamps with phono and a remote - one listener's journey

Well, because of my increasing lack of mobility caused by ALS, I am going to have to let all my separate components go.
 
Oh, that is sad on so many fronts. I am very sorry to hear that!
A friend has been diagnosed with a similar condition and he has just recently divested himself of all his vinyl.
Old age is not for sissies.
