Prediction!

True, a new garage door but I'm not doing the job. My back said it would go on strike if I attempted it.

TPBM has left his wallet somewhere and had to go back and get it.

False! I think you're Jack Frost. :D

Why, 'cause I live in Canada? o_O:p

TPBM has left his wallet somewhere and had to go back and get it.

This happens extremely rarely and only when I do something with it that is out of the ordinary. Although, it's happened a couple times. My wallet always immediately goes from one old pair of pants/shorts to a new pair. I just keep it on me at all times and never put it on a dresser or on a counter, etc. I consider it a bad habit and it's just too much of a risk of misplacing it. I lost a wallet once when I was about 14 (I figured it fell out of my pocket while sitting in a public area), which was a major pain in the butt to get things replaced (bank card, social insurance card, healthcare card, library card, etc.). So, ever since then I've always kept it in my pocket at ALL times.

TPBM has lost a wallet and knows how much of a pain in the ass it is to deal with getting all your cards replaced again.

True ( after a concert in Boston, but about 2 months later 4 beautiful Irish girls from Southie called me and returned it.)

TPBM has turned in a wallet they found in public.

True. Already did with my David Bowie "Jean Genie" post in the 'Two words say it' thread. My dad had a David Bowie mix tape he always played in the car as a kid, and that song was on it.

TPBM has smelled something in the last month that brought back nostalgic memories.

Got a whiff of faint sulphur and reminded me of my model rocketry days.

TPBM was whiffed (fanned) in a Little League game in their youth.

Yep, many times. Who hasn't? I wasn't a very good hitter in little league, but I became a damn good pitcher by high school age (and was a decent hitter too). It was my plan to make my way to the Major Leagues and I even had a scout come to the last competitive game I ever pitched, and that's when my shoulder blew out. So, that was the end of that dream. :(

TPBM had serious professional sports ambitions in your younger years, but never saw it come to fruition.

Nope. My story's similar to yours except I wasn't as good as you and never pursued it past Pony League -- our high school didn't have a baseball program. Besides, there were girls, cars, alcohol, drugs, and ... music by then.

TPBM has had some success as a musician -- even if it's just a low-paid gig with a pickup band.

Nope ( but I partied like a rock star) :beatnik:

TPBM consumed illicit drugs in massive quantities in their youth.

No. Couldn't afford it. I mainly stuck with beer and cheap wine.

TPBM has a favorite cheap wine and will tell us what it is.
