Prediction!

Somewhat true, but Eddie really had the goods, whereas I'm afraid Billie really was a bit of a fraud. One octave range, iffy pitch control and a unique but not especially pleasing voice. Her main talent was picking some really good songs.

TPBM prefers Sarah Vaughan to Ella Fitzgerald.

False ( cleaning out a couple of rooms, to get ready for new flooring, no time for chit chatting.)

TPBM likes to listen to FM radio.

Not really. Too many commercials, DJs rambling, songs I don't like, same songs played over and over etc.

TPBM likes to listen to music uninterrupted.

No, I find as I get older, my favorite programming is music documentary -- entire selections (of just about any genre) with some editorial content (or just a few "fun facts") related to the music between tracks. Very difficult to find anywhere on the radio dial these days. I occasionally encounter a syndicated classic rock show entitled "Deep Cuts" from a station on the Oregon coast that approximates this type of content, but the signal is iffy.

TPBM is a news junkie.

Absolutely false! I don't like being lied and only told 10% of the story in a very biased fashion.

TPBM likes a cool, sunny day.

Wouldn't know, it's been so long since we've had one. Lots of sunshine, but highs are still in the 80s and it hasn't rained (which is what we really need) since mid-July. The forest that surrounds me is dry as the proverbial tinderbox.

TPBM is concerned about drought conditions in the West, even if they don't directly affect him or her.

Yes, praying for rain for your area. We are just coming out of a drought here on the Cape.

TPBM has experienced both too much rain and drought from year to year.

True, and this was true even before I moved to the South and started enduring brutal summers.

TPBM has a system with remote controls. They're never missing.

If you consider the fact that I control the volume of the Bluetooth speakers on my phone, true!

TPBM does NOT envy me in the slightest for how I go about listening to music these days.

False I don't care how people listen to their music, as long as they are enjoying their music.

TPBM thinks Superjazzy should start hoarding vinyl records
