Prediction!

True. Someone I speak to via Whatsapp turned me on to some music from Japan. I don't know what the genre is called. I was only able to find a couple of songs on YouTube. Then they disappeared.... found one!

TPBM has heard some very interesting covers of popular songs.
Not really- I am not a fan of them since they started routinely calling them "covers" instead of re-makes.

TPBM does something that most observers would find quirky.

Of course I do!

@Shominy, Covers, re-makes, etc. I learned a long time ago that if you get too hung up on what term is used, you only frustrate yourself and people will continue to use the term they prefer.

TPBM has met some animals that were unusually friendly for the breed.

True. I think I may have mentioned this story here on AK already, but I was on a walk about 10-12 years ago in my old neighbourhood, which is fairly affluent (not me's do'!), and I looked down a long driveway leading to a wooded area and an animal that initially looked like a dog came quietly jogging toward me. But within a second or two I saw it was a bobcat! It ran right up to me and immediately started rubbing against my leg. It was wearing a red collar and it was obviously domesticated, but still, it caught me off guard and I didn't know what to do. There was a woman walking her dog on the other side of the street and I just kind of looked at her as this wild cat was rubbing against my leg and said, "Uhhhhhh..." I didn't know what to do. Within 15-20 seconds it stopped its friendly little rubbing session, and then it crossed the street and disappeared between two houses. But regardless of it being domesticated, it was still a wild animal species. I just assume it escaped from some rich moron's house and it was out and about. I just hope it didn't get hit by a car or anything. I still want to see a bobcat in the wild though.

TPBM has seen a bobcat in person.

On their property, yes; on mine, no. :p

TPBM has gone to a rural garbage dump to see bears. (Northern Wisconsin, about age 10 in my case.)

Yes- an entropy reversing mechanism but it was invented long before I came along.

TPBM would have liked to have lived their teen years in the ____ 's decade.

Not currently, but have in the past. My former neighbor's cat Murphy loved me to death. She was my friend. The other cat, Phoebe was afraid of tall people. However, she would let me pet her now and then. It was kinda funny. Most of the time, she ran away from me or sat across a room.

TPBM has been befriended by an animal that he/she doesn't generally like. Such as being latched onto by a dog when you're not a dog person or cat, not a cat person.

Yes. Every time I visit Paul with his attention-needing two dogs.

TPBM has been chased by a potentially dangerous animal in the wild.

out in my yard one afternoon a raccoon walked up. crazy eyes. broad daylight. I figured, rabid.
went inside grabbed rifle, came back out. no animal. wrote a note and walked to neighbors house to advise. kept rifle just in case.
other neighbor saw me and spread rumor I was walking around armed (I had recently been discharged from military) and had some PTSD or such.

el nexto has Bald Eagles in the vicinity.

Yeppers, sure do. Ain't really "bald" either, having a shock of white hair on their heads.

TPBM has seen a great white shark while swimming...or from the beach? :)

False.

TPBM has at least once consumed a bag of potato-chips half.
(I learned from someone who worked at Lay's that they are engineered to be (almost) impossible to stop consuming halfway.)
