Yep! Sitting on a horizontal branch of our Japanese maple that was about 6' off the ground. I lost balance, flipped upside down, legs unwrapped and went straight down onto my head; I'm sure that there was a concussion at a MINIMUM (and I was dazed and confused for at least an hour afterwards as I recall) but we didn't deal with that stuff then- I just 'had my bell rung'. Very lucky! I am certain that my neck and upper back discomfort nowadays has some rooting in that incident.
