Record Store Day 2013 just got a little more star power thanks to a pair of exclusive Bob Dylan releases.

According to Dylan's official site, Columbia Records will be putting out a 7" vinyl single led by a demo version of "Wigwam," originally released as a single from 1970's Self Portrait album.

The "Wigwam" demo will be accompanied by "Thirsty Boots," a cover of a song originally written and recorded by Civil Rights-era folksinger Eric Andersen. Recorded by Dylan for the Self Portrait sessions, "Thirsty Boots" will also be included on the upcoming Bootleg Series Vol. 10, a compilation release that will reportedly focus on the period between 1969's Nashville Skyline and 1973's Dylan.

Record Store Day will take place on Saturday, April 20.

I'm curious about that vol 10 set. If it really turns out to be focused on the period that people are guessing it is, it could be really cool. Or a complete dud.
I wonder when an official announcement will come?

This years Record Store Day is shaping up to be the best they have had yet. Alot of quality releases this year, I can think of 3 or 4 that are must haves for me(Blind Melon~S/T), others are maybe types, the whole list hasnt been released yet either so more may be must haves.
