Pro-Ject Debut III rewiring the arm?

I'm getting awful hum coming through the speakers when I plug in and despite changing cartridges, it's persisting which I now put down to the spindly little tonearm arms on this t/t, one of which has lost its clip :( - see photo. Question is, how easy would it be to replace the wires? I'm Basic Level soldering level btw.

It’s really not a difficult project. I rewired a ProJect 1.2 X-Pression (same arm).
I attached- VERY SECURELY- one wire to the bundle of four wires at the headshell end of the tonearm and fed/pulled the wires out where they connect underneath the turntable. Reversed the procedure to install new wires.

Thanks. So I've taken the underneath of the t/t apart and found a loose wire not soldered to the board. This could be the culprit. But where does it belong :p

I believe the bottom one of those three solder joints.
I bet cason is correct.
The white wire is the L + wire. To check which pad it should be soldered to (assuming you have a DMM) check the continuity between the center pin of the Right RCA plug and the pad on the PCB. If it's close to 0 ohms, it's the correct pad.

I don't but I'll have a go and get back.
