Pro-Ject The Classic SB Electronic Speed Box problem

Hello everyone. I've had Pro-Ject's The Classic turntable, the one with the internal electronic speed box, for a year and a half. For a year it worked flawlessly with no problems. In the last few months the electronic speed box has died twice. The first time, it stopped activating the platter entirely; it would flash a double blue light but nothing would happen. Off to the distributor for repairs; fixed. Worked for about two months before the electronic speed box failed again. This time, it would play 33s just fine; but when pushing the SB button to switch it to 45, it would just blink, and keep on playing at 33 with no play on 45rpm possible. Off for repairs again.

My questions: has anyone else who has this turntable had this problem with The Classic's internal, electronic speedbox?

And/or does anyone have any ideas about what could be causing it? Simply a bad unit? Or could there be a problem with the power I am supplying to the unit, that is causing it to go all wonky?

Any help much appreciated.

I've got a reconditioned Classic SB which I got directly from Henley Designs in September. I had been very please with this, but now the speed box has apparently failed, with both blue lights coming on and the platter refusing to turn. I'm hoping at least to get a free replacement part rom Henley, so I can get it repaired locally.
