Problem with Marantz 250M

Hi, this is my 1st time in the forum. Sorry in advance for any mistake.
I have a marantz model 7T linked to marantz Amp model 250M.
When I increase the volume the left channel disappears.
If I turn off the pre and then turn on, the left channel of 250M works again but always at low level. The 7T pre is ok (I tested it with another Amp). I connected the left power output of 250M to a digital multimeter, set to V AC, with a large input impedance. In this case teft channel works well as I can see at the left Amp meter and at the multimeter display. Which components of the left channel amp board are guilty for that? I suspect that it may depend on the MPSA93 and 43 trans current limiter of the left channel board. Any help is welcome.
