Project phono s phono stage set up

hello
I have just brought a project phono s phono stage
I have a project debut carbon turntable
I am using an ortofon silver 2m cartridge and a bronze stylus
Could somebody tell me the dip switch settings for the phono stage
I'm not very technically minded so if somebody knows how to tell me in stupid terms i.e. 1 switch down 2 switch up etc etc

This is the manual-recommended setting for the Ortofon 2M Red, and should work for the other 2M versions as well. Change the settings only when unplugged from both the power, and the amplifier.
