Turntable Needles customer service. Placed an order yesterday for some cleaning supplies and entered 1st Class mail shipping (cheapest way - no hurry). Somehow they entered 2nd day air and I was charged accordingly. I did not notice until late last evening and sent them an e-mail pointing out the problem. Heard back within 30min from Kyle who said ti would be taken care of as soon as he got to work this morning. Indeed it was. Props for their fast response to my relatively small problem.
