My point was that an amp that posted a claimed 1600WPC should be able to move a lot of current. Any amp that posts those sorts of specs should be able to drive a brutal load like a Scintilla (0.2 Ohm) with relative ease.

You're right, though, driving a Scintilla is not a good measure of an amp's quality. Krell pretty much sets the standard for being able to handle that sort of load, and I don't think they sound that great.
