I am driving a pair of PSB Alphas from the 90's ("Amazing Alpha") with a Fisher 400 tube receiver...sounds good so far...
I am using the 8 ohm tap. I am assuming they are 8 ohms, but cannot verify this -- before contacting PSB, I thought I would ask here... (the sound, btw, is very good -- I just don't want to damage the Fisher if there is a gross mismatch ..) ... I have read 'just go ahead and try the other tap', but would like your opinions..
