PSVANE Horizon 300B-TA

Not every US dealer carries Psvane, but Viva Tubes does. They might offer the new ones, I don't know. Avoid eBay, I just had a terrible experience buying direct from China. Two out of four Hi-Fi 300Bs were DOA, and sending them back was no picnic. Viva sent me four solid matched ones.
I believe Steph said that they will be available through Amazon.
Yes, I see that now. My only question would be if it ships from China, which can take a while.
Amazon usually tells you the shipping time. If they stock it stateside, it would probably fall under Prime shipping times.

I wouldn't touch anything VIVA sells. Unsuspecting AK members have already been burned by this company. Just look at this nonsense from their auction site ads (I added their description from the same page as the photo):
This 6P3S is rated for only 19W at best, much less than a 6L6GC. To say this is deceptive and dishonest would be a gross understatement.

Interesting. I see the issue here. I will say, though, that I have had good experience with Viva in several orders. Tubes arrived quickly, tested and worked quite well, and if matched, proved to be so. Not sure what they're up to with the above example, though.

Or it could be a mistake. Odds are they don’t want angry customers. Has anyone reached out to them to correct this? Are there any other examples of Viva selling in bad faith?
I've never had a problem with Viva Tubes. FWIW, the ad in question has a lengthy disclaimer attached to it, and they don't sell these tubes on their web site. The vitriol in this thread has gotten a little OOC, IMO. Seems like we've already had a moderator step in.
And the disclaimer is also deceptive. "commonly used as substitutes in many 6L6GC circuits" I remember not long ago an AK member bought these by mistake for an amplifier that needed 6L6GC equivalents. I don't know if he sent them back or took the loss. VIVA isn't the only seller doing this, but AFAIK, they're the only large tube retailer putting their stamp of approval on this dishonest practice.

Do you know if the Horizon kt88's will eventually be sold thru Amazon?
How do you like them so far?
I rolled the dice on a set of these. Price was right and I was looking for something new to try.
I am currently running an Elekit TU-8600S which I built and has been my main amplifier for about a year and a half. Driving a pair of Zu Soul VI.
I have had the following 300B tubes in this amp
Cossor black plates
Linlai WE300b
Linlai Elite 300B
Audio Note 4300E
Linlai Dream 7300B-D
In the past 18 months I have tried and sold all of these except for the Linlai Dream 7300. They are fantastic tubes for the money.
I have not tried the super high dollar tubes like Elrog or Western Electric.
I was not expecting much from these PSVANE tubes but have been very pleasantly surprised.
I have only had them a week but have run them about 20 hours. I am very surprised by the sound stage and top end detail. The Linlai have way more pronounced low end and mid range warmth but definitely don't project the sonic image in the same way as these PSVANE do.
For the money and free shipping on Amazon they are very hard to beat. I'm going to take a swing at the 2a3 tube as well. Getting ready to build the Elekit TU-8900 and these will be the first 2a3 tube I try.
