What other 300B tubes are better than Genalex Gold Lion PX 300B?

I recently inherited another SE 300B amp from a friend. This is an amp I have worked on and rebuilt/updated several times since he bought it about 2000. It was built by Wavelength but my friend bought it cheap because it had a bad hum that a previous tech could not figure out and Gordon wanted big bucks to repair it. It has all Magnequest iron with an FS 030 output transformers; an EC8010 triode is direct coupled to the 300B. I was too lazy to remove the EML 320BXLS from my other amp, so I installed some 20 year old AVVT 300Bs. They sound just as good as they did decades ago.

Best "bang" for the buck is IMHO the JJ`s 300B,sound wise and reliability wise, experienced of course in my room and in my system, I have a pair that are over 10 years old and still measure superb (also playing with KR Audio and Emission Labs 300B's):jump:

Always keep myself as far away as possible from all forms of Chinese fire crackers!;)

I've read some reviews about how the Gold Lions are better than the shuguang Treasure 300BZs and a few others like JJ brand and Electro-Harmonix, then I was not impressed too much after hearing these Gold Lions myself. What tubes would you recommend and why? Please keep the budget at around $300 or less, thanks.

I have an Old Chen 300B 845 amp that are currently using TUNGSOL 6SN7GTB, PSVANE 300B SE and PSVANE 845.

one point on tubes is if they are already gone through a 24 hr - 48 hr burn in period or not... I find with NOS or new tubes that once you start to use them for some time a couple of hrs mind you they have a change in how they reproduce music. If I'm buying new tubes I'm asking for at least a 24 hr burn in period from the seller where the tube is on with music running for some time 24 hrs - 48hrs to heat up and let the tube burn in. Its similar to starting your tube amp up and some 20 minutes later all this holographic, airy, sound stage comes out. That's what to expect it take time to burn in the tubes before they truly reproduce music that sounds just outstanding. Just my 2 cents
