QR 6500 Need Help Recap Complete Refurb?

Getting ready to embark on the full refurb of a broken unit. Last I knew this unit was playing, would crackle with volume adjustment and did have a hum, then finally made some kind of noise and blew, unit was unplugged and not turned on again.

I am still reading up and I do have a digital schematic that I need to study but Is anyone willing to give me advice or answer questions on this model?

* Other than power capacitors (I do have those already) is there a list of the electrolytes to replace so I can order before I get the unit?

* What are the known transistors, resistors, potentiometers or anything else that usually needs to be replaced or upgraded?

* Are upgrades that I've read about worth it or just stick to stock?

There's a parts list in the SM, except I would really go through the unit and mark down what you need as Sansui made changes as they produced models. I keep 0.47uF-220uF in voltages in stock so I just look for the bigger values to order, not sure what situation you're in.
Guessing there's a lot of 2SC871's in there, maybe some 2SA725/6's that need to go. Otherwise should be fine unless you see and black lead parts, or resistors that got too hot. Obviously replace the amp board trimmers.
I'd stick to stock, these are well made units. Hope this isn't your first rodeo, I've done a QR 3500, 4500, and a QRX 7500A and all of them are a major PIA.

I've fixed a handful of things throughout the years but nothing this complex from the looks of it. Originally I was looking into the recap kit offered online (which includes 80) but after I saw the schematic and the parts list I thought I better ask around a bit before jumping into that. I will have the receiver in a few weeks and hopefully a bit more comfortable once I see it up close.

Thank you... Yeah I wouldn't go the eBay route to buy parts for this other than maybe an original transformer. The kit I found was https://www.audio-high-store.com/product/sansui-qrx-6500-upgrade-kit-audio-capacitors/

I checked the price on the caps shown on that site vs digikey just to see the markup and it was enough to push me to post here and wait for the receiver
