Quadraflex S19 Tweeters - are these Polk tweeters?

These sure look like Vintage Polk tweeters, but were pulled from a Quadraflex cabinet, which were average speakers at best (from Pacific Stereo ?). They look virtually identical to Polk tweeters from the original Monitor series (Monitor 10, etc), including the small circular indentations in between the front connections and the mounting holes.

Does anyone know if Quadraflex used Polk tweeters? TIA for your response.

Also, what's the best way to clean these up? I'm thinking to wipe them down with a mild solvent like mineral spirits or WD-40.

They are Peerless tweeters, they were used by more than a few speaker manufacturers including Polk Audio.
