Quadraflex speaks, any opinions

I keep running into pairs of Quadraflex speakers in various thrifts over the years. The other day I saw a pair that had what may be 12 inch woofed 3 ways. They are always heavy as heck, but I never hear anything about them and the price is usually 20 bucks over my get it anyway price. These were 35 bucks, just wondering if these are worth getting in the future. Has anybody ever heard a pair? I've seen other gear as well by them....... A tt if IIRC, were these an in-house brand?

IIRC, those were a house brand. I recall seeing them back in Wisconsin in the early 70s; in fact I think my brother had a set.
Maybe Pacific Stereo??

Quadraflex speakers

These were Pacific Stereo house brand speakers. Over the years the quality varied. Many were cheaply made. One of my friends bought a pair that did not sound bad at all. When he removed the grille cloth to show me the drivers I noticed that the drivers were stapled in place.
