The ones in your picture dont seem to have the original 8" speaker . Here is a picture of mine . With the original woofer these are GREAT speakers . I got mine on CL as well but I had to refoam them myself . If the ones in the picture are the ones you're going to get ask the person selling them if he still has the original woofers . Some people replace the woofers when the foam goes bad not knowing that they can be refoamed .
Rudy .

If the 19's don't work out try to find a pair of L46's in good shape. Same thing though, the surrounds are foam and might need refoaming. It can be a DIY job and plenty of coaching available thru AK.

Yeah, something doesn't look right with those. I have the L15s. Sound nice for the size. Finish is classic JBL.

You might point out that they have the wrong woofers, see if maybe you can get them for a discount.

I got a pair of L36 speakers at one point. They had their woofers replaced with car subs. I got them for a good deal, and found a pair of original woofers on eBay from someone who was parting a pair out, which then needed to be refoamed. I was able to make the speaker complete and original again.
