Question about MEN220 and RoomPerfect versions

I am looking at buying an MEN220, SN: ZN1628. This is an older model but one which has the balanced output buffer fixed. However, I am unclear about RoomPerfect software version. Does Lyngdorf do regular updates on RP? Can you update an older MEN220 to the latest RP version? Does it matter?

The units with ADM are the updated version. The models with the ZN serial number are the original models that could have been / should be updated with new hardware.

The only way to know for sure would be have the cover removed and take a look at the board.
