Question about University Baton Speaker

I'm a JBL guy, I don't know much about University. I was offered an estate clearing of the audio gear (take it all or leave it all, no picking through). In the mix was a University Baton speaker, single. The cabinet is in good shape, but like JBL gear I'm assuming it's worth more parted out.

Any University experts here? What are the drivers and crossovers inside? I see someone has a listing on e-Bay for the same unit complete for $700 and that has not moved for some time so I'm assuming parting out is the way to go.

Just want to make sure I'm not taking apart something that is rare or unique in it's present form!

They are very nice speakers, but not incredibly expensive compared to better known brands. I've never been able to come across two for a stereo set up. Drivers should be hf-206, t-30 cobraflex and a couple of cw-15. Crossover should be an N-3

Definitely nothing unique or rare. Seems like the best approach is to part out and toss the cabinet.
