Try the OHS(Organ Historical Society), or MMD(Mechanical Music Digest). There's sure to be members local to you both places who share your interest and can probably connect you with some of the information you seek.

1. Is there a Room with Pipes for a Pipe Organ
In larger organs there can be several.

2. Does a Pipe Organ have more pipes than the keys on the Keyboard
Except for very early and basic examples, yes they do, and can have several thousand pipes in the largest organs.

3. Can a Pipe Organ do Midi
Absolutely if it's so equipped with a proper interface.

Here's a video from the Jasper Sanfillipo estate in Chicago Heights, if you're ever out that way, you can arrange a tour. It's a huge Wurlitzer which is fully midified and can even record the performance of any organist who plays it, stored in midi file and can be recalled and played at any time. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oLGJ1iyx0Qs
