Quick and easy solution for JBL L-100 Grille Replacement

Finjima, I'll have to look at my local Home Depot, and Lowe's, for the best price, since it will be an experiment. I've noticed, there are different thicknesses, when I ordered them. I have to make sure the length and width stay the same. I'm thinking of first, using a regular coat hanger, using some spray on silicone, then heating the wire up, with a heat gun that I have, or a hobby iron, that lays out and glues Monokote, onto wooden R/C Planes. If that doesn't work, I'm going to use my BernzOmatic hand torch on the wire. I'm going to join 2 of the thin foam cuts together, using either, the light 3M adhesive spray on glue, or the slightly heavier 3M 77. Using a light coat, on each piece.

Hjames, Thank you. I will do that, when I'm ready to attach to the frames. I was thinking of using Duct Seal, but I like you're idea better.
 
I used the black fabric that JBL offered way back(1985-1990?). It still looks ok. They sent it to me flat and all I had to do was pull off the old foam crap then insert the new stuff and glue.
