R2R Teac A-6100MKII need help!

Hi All!

My R2R Teac A-6100MKII have problem with Left Reel Motor.
i just turn on Power Swicth, this motor always run although don't press anything!
i don't know where the power lead to it?

Please show to me what i have to check?
