Rack mountable pre-amplifiers

I am having a tough time locating a rack-mountable pre-amp with digital inputs as well as balanced outputs. Am I way to picky or does a hi-if pre-amp like this exist? Any recommendations are appreciated. Thank you in advance!

There are a ton of rack mount preamps with balanced outs but I think it's the digital input that might be a tough call. I have a rack mount Bryston 11b with balanced outs...but no digital. I can't say I can think of any.
 
And there are some with digital inputs and balanced out but may not be rack mountable. Parasound comes to mind.

Is a rack mount shelf out of the question?
