Hey, just learned how to post pics so lookout! These first pics are of my main speakers right now. Radian Research 2-10-3. They may look or seem a bit white vanish, but I assure they sound great. Please anyone who has a set let me hear about them or any other Radian Research models you may have. Anyway, without further ado:

Wow, I used to have the RR towers can't remember the model number but I sold them to a friend, all three woofers needed to be refoamed and I had never done it before.I got them at the Chicago CES back in 82.My buddy worked at Goldblats a local department store and got me in with a pass.Back then you couldn't get in unless you worked in the industry.I met the designer and owner of RR and bought them for $500 which was less than it cost them to make them!! It's a long story. But anyway congrats very nice find.

I could only afford the little Radian Research (8" two way) in 1982. Powered by a sx550 or SX650, I can't remember. I was 17.

I have em and still love them

I have had them since they first came out and still love them...very clean sound...had them refoamed once so far...

I picked up a pair of floor standers -- not bad. I believe they were Becker's higher end offering, and were a good profit center for stores -- they look serious, and sound pretty good, but are inexpensively built.

Got a pair recently really cheap....woofs need foams...12" 3 ways. Mine might be an early set idk the tweeter domes are a clear poly. Woofers arent original im assuming cause dust caps hav U.E dyna drive logoes on em. Woofs appear to be early mtx...or mabye a late cts idk...cabs are a lil light weight...an crossovers are kinda minamalist...but ther decent though. Im actually quite fond of the tweeters and mids. A little bright but i preffer that though.

I had a pair and enjoyed them greatly! I am happy to see that they exist. I got a pair of Ohm Walsh 2s and went from there. l love the RR though!

Is this the same Radian that makes pro sound speakers? I bought a few small Radian monitor wedges about 15 years ago that do a very nice job.

Logo does not look the same as the pro-audio company...

Wow this brings back memories. I had those speakers for many years. Bought them from the factory at night in the early 80's. Loved them! They were HEAVY! And yes it's a passive radiator on the back.

I have a pair of 2-10-3 Radian research speakers I found. Anyone know where I can find parts for these? Each one is missing one 10 inch driver and the SS trim rings that go around them.

I still have my 8.2’s. I purchased them in 1980, to replace pioneer project 80’s. About then also replaced my pioneer sx535 for a technics. Today I discovered they need refoaming. Still love them.
