Has anyone recently purchased items from Radio Daze? I placed an order with them on 16 May and after several attempts to get the status of this order with emails and calling them with no response I wonder if they are still in business. I did receive an email confirmation when I first place the order but nothing since then.

Just a data point (that is, I'm not trying to make any point): I made an order in mid-May and it was delivered promptly. My order was for off-the-shelf items, not anything that needed special handling. I ordered online, with no extra communication.
 
I have bought radio dials from them including Marantz 18 glass. Very prompt if items are in stock. Worth the wait for special orders. Quality work

Back in 2021 I ordered a faceplate from them for Mcintosh stuff, took close to a year to get. Was excellent quality but the wait was killer.
