Looks like something sold in Europe since it has DIN plugs for speakers and tape. So most of us on AK will not have any experience of it.
Obviously it isn't a fancy table, but might be quite pleasant to listen to. But I am baffled by the cuing platform - why is it oriented so that most of its platform is on the wrong side of the arm rest? Inquiring minds want to know...
While it doesn't appear to be an automatic, it might none the less be based on a BSR or Garrard mechanism. A picture of the mechanism underneath might help people identify exactly what you have.

I'm no expert, but that doesn't look like BSR or Garrard mechanisms. So it might be a Panasonic or other japanese product.
 
typical fix for idler drives that run fast, assuming you have no speed adjustment is to sand down the motor spindle a bit until it runs right. There is no going back from this, if you over-shoot its going to run slow.

If the motor spindle has a taper to it, there is probably going to be something that allows the idler wheel to move up and down on that taper. If no user control, it'll be a set screw somewhere right around the idler wheel itself.
 
Before you get out the sander, check to see if the mains frequency is correct for your location. Going from 50 to 60 hz might be the issue. And as gadget says, there is no going back. I'm also less optimistic about sanding pulleys than he is apparently. It's not all that easy to maintain concentricity or correct diameter.
 
you sand it while its running. Small strip of paper the width of the step and just apply light pressure. The motor basically makes its own lathe, and you'd be surprised how consistent it can be. Of course it can be consistently the wrong size, but thats another matter.

That said, I've never bothered to do this myself. I just don't pay any mind to the very slightly imperfect speed that my AT6 runs at. Its in a console where it would be difficult to do. If I overshoot it I can make a new pulley, but frankly I have no desire to.
