Ray Samuels Nighthawk question

Hey all, I just picked up a second hand Ray Samuels Nighthawk that didn't come with the manual. if anyone has one handy would you be able to upload a scan maybe, or even a picture. I'm curious what the various gain settings are. I know the low is 40db and highest is 75db, just wondering what the others are along the way. Thanks in advance if you can help!

"The Nighthawk is designed to drive all cartridges from the lowest gain MC to the highest gain MM. Gain range is from 40db-75db in six increments."

A 35 dB range, so about 6 dB increase per click am guessing.
 
I never found that information either. I owned, and loved, a Nighthawk for a number of years. Enjoy!
