Ray Wylie Hubbard's Snake Farm

Strangeband

Strangeband

AK Member and Ale Monger
I've been a Ray Wylie Hubbard fan for some years now, and I have to say that his latest, Snake Farm is my favorite album in some time. It's gritty, bluesy rock with plenty of good guitars and some finely honed lyrics. Just wondering if there are any other RWH fans out there in AK-land. I haven't seen him pop up in any discussions or threads.

Another Ray Hubbard fan here (the musician, not the lake). Snake Farm may be his best album, and that is saying a lot.

I like him, especially like the song Portales.I haven't bought an album of his in years
