RCA Victor Loud Buzz

Hey, my name is Lucas, located in Edmonton, and picked up an old RCA Victor. When I brought it home and turned the knob to turn it on, after a few seconds, a loud buzz sound emerged. I also can not get the table to turn--though I may just not know how to work it. I saw some similar posts to this, but none with the same model as me. Below I have provided some photos, if you need any more specific ones feel free to ask. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

Does the motor turn? Or is it just buzzing, when you hit the switch?

You may need to remove the motor and clean and lubricate the bearings? :idea:

If the motor turns --- it's prolly the amp's filter caps and/or power transformer.
