Realistic Nova 5 Speakers Vintage

Hey, picked these up at auction a while back. Figured out that grilles come off via hidden screws. Thoughts on the woofers? Obviously some dry rot here, how bad is it? Sound is great. Thanks!

You need to replace the rotted surrounds.

The Nova-5s were my first ever pair of speakers. My grandfather got them for me for Christmas and I was 11 years old. Enjoy restoring them!
