Realistic Optimus 800C - Anybody have info on these speakers?

I have the opportunity to get a pair of Optimus 800C speakers for $50. I can't find any info on these online. Does anybody here have any insight? Would they be a worthy replacement for my Pioneer CS-R 570s?

Question. Can you check them out? Do they weigh more than the Pioneers? I'm not terribly impressed with later model Pioneer speakers, keeping in mind I've owned several including HPM-40/60/100 (the 100's are gone), S-710/910 and more recently DSS9. I'm a fan of RS speakers, own many of those as well. I would guess the RS speakers will be better, though hard to say just how much. I'm wondering where those are from as the US catalogs don't show those. Went all the way to 2003.
 
Thanks for looking into this! I checked the catalogs as well, and only found the Optimus 800 (no C), which were quite different looking from these (different woofers, crossover knobs). I found an old buy-and-sell ad saying they were made in Canada, so they might only have been sold in Canada. I'm going out to check them out shortly though, and will report back.

Also, for what it's worth the seller is willing to throw in a Realistic STA-785 receiver and Realistic 31-2020a equalizer for an additional $20. Would these be worth getting if I go with it?
 
Neither the speakers nor the receiver look particularly impressive (the receiver looks like late Sanyo-era Fisher). I suspect that at best it would be a lateral move. Don't know where you're located, but I suspect you can do better (In my area I've seen many good speakers on Craigslist for the same price).
 
Update: I went to look at them and ended up taking them. The speakers are roughly the same weight as the pioneers but quite a bit smaller) and I think they sound better as well. The amp isn't fantastic, but I think that this is a win for the cost.
 
I KNOW IM A BIT LATE ON THIS RESPONSE AND YOU PROBABLY HAVE DISPOSED OF THEM BY THE BUT HERE GOES. AFTER UNPACKING MY STORAGE AREA RECENTLY I CAME ACROSS THE ATTACHED MANUAL AND I REMEMBER THEM AND THE RECEIVER I ACQUIRED THE REALISTIC STA-2100D. BOTH WERE EXCELLENT PIECES. UNFORTUNATELY COS. LIKE REALISTIC (RADIO SHACK/TANDY) SOMETIMES GET A BUM RAP WHEN IT COMES TO COMPONENT QUALITY. THEY DID BUILD SOME QUALITY PCS AND THESE ARE 2 OF THEM. THE SAME HOLDS TRUE FOR ELECTROVOICE SPEAKERS WHICH ARE PROBABLY THE MOST UNDER RATED SPEAKERS TO BE PRODUCED. JUST LIKE DYNACO A25S THEY OFFERED GREAT QUALITY AT AN AFFORDABLE THAT SOUNDED BETTER THAN BRANDS COSTING A LOT MORE. IN ANY CASE I HOPE THIS HELPS. REGARDS
