Realistic STA 2100D Problem

I have a STA2100D receiver that works great except for one friggen annoying problem!!! The blue light on the right speaker power channel has started to go off and on periodically. I need some help in finding a replacement bulb for it. The bulb looks like a fuse I never saw anything like this before but I am not much of a repairman,this is the first time I ever opened up my receiver and it frightens me to look at it:worried:

Is the glass of the bulb blue or is it clear with a blue lens or cover?

have you tried swapping it for the other one to rule it out being the problem ?

It is the blue bulb itself.
