Rec-O-Kut B12H Rondine wiring

Hi, I received a Rec-O-Kut B12H Rondine Delux turntable. Problem I have is that some of the wires have been cut. Does anyone know how to wire this up? It has a cap and there are 4 wires coming off the motor. It's a Ashland D80GBP-1 motor.
