recapping a sr2004

ive been searching some of the archives for a tutorial on recapping a receiver.
i still have some questions which i would be greatly appreciate if someone would clear up for me.

could i replace every single electrolytic cap with UPW caps?
if not which caps am i supposed to be using for certain sections?
my main filter caps are a pair of 10000uf/125v and a pair of 18000uf/63v.
seems like the first pair aren't available anymore.
could i replace with a different value?
if so how big can i go? by going higher or lower will i affacte other components or reliability?
thanks in advanced

I have no answer to your question but when I saw SR-2004 I had to stop and ask.
please post some pics as I have wanted one of those forever.
that is the only receiver I check for almost daily locally and on the bay and it has been so long since I have actually seen one.
but my reply may bump you up as I am sure there are a few that can answer your question here:D

I'll post some pics tonight.... U wouldn't beleive the way I got it. It's one of those dreams u have that when u wake up and realize it was only a dream u start punching ur pillow.
This coworker overheard me talking to someone else about some of my receivers ( kr8010, onkyo 6500mkii ). He then tells me he has some old yamaha in his ex's house that was supposed to be thrown out months ago. He would call me later to see if they still have it . Best case scenario I was expecting a cr1000.
Later that night a voicemail saying that it wasn't a yamaha . It's a Hitachi SR2004!!!!!!
that's when my heart skipped a couple of beats. Couple of days later we take a trip to where it probably sat for years , underneath a couple of gallons of paint and a 5 gallon jug of polyurethane, in a closet.....
Pics up tonight.
