Recapping Advice

Hi from Buffalo! I‘m pretty new to this group, and to restoring vintage audio equipment, so I apologize if what I’m asking isn’t as clear as it could be. We’re working on a Decca, Silvertone, Emerson, and RCA (all from the early 60s) and I have two questions:

1. I’m looking for a clear schematic for the Decca Allegheny IV. None of the usual places has it. Any suggestions?

2. I’m recapping these and they have paper wrapped caps coated in wax (see pic). What suggestions do you have for replacements and vendors?

And for those particular values I personally use Panasonic ECW or ECQ. 250V 0.22uf and 630V 0.047uf will do, you can get them in mouser.com

I tend to use boring yellow caps from any vendor. Illinois MPW from Mouser or Digikey but there is a Cornell-Dublier line that I can't remember in white which is an equivalent. Axial polypropylene film, only so many options in that packaging, and they're all fine honestly.
