Receivers/Amps that had Hafler/ambience circuits built into them?

I am aware of some of the manufacturers of amps and receivers that had Hafler circuits built into them...

Realistic STA receivers > called Quatravox
Sherwood receivers > called Dynaquad
Some Hafler amps had them built in

Are there any others? And if so, which models?

Dynaco SCA-80Q, and they also made a separate box to use with stereo amps.

Yes, I'm aware of the stand alone Hafler boxes... Quadaptor and others by numerous manufacturers. Just wanted to find out what they were built into in terms of receivers and amps.
