recent pick up omega centurian xv speakers -opinions of anyone with a rebuilt set thanks

Hi to everyone. I purchased a pair of Omega centurian xv speakers for about $35.00. The cabinets smell very strongly of mildew, or mold, and the foam on the tweeters is gone. Does anyone here have a pair of these that have been recapped and tweeters refoamed? Would really like your opinions on how these would sound with classical music, flute, harp, etc. I realize that I have a major project ahead of me, mold is probably inside the speakers. Any ideas on how to open the cabinets? My thanks in advance

The driver with the missing foam is a lower midrange (the dome to the right is the upper midrange, and above is the tweeter). Both the upper midrange (AD0210/SQ8) and tweeter (AD0160/T8) are Philips, both of which were used in many different speakers in the 1970s. No experience with them so I can't really comment on the sound. I can tell you that the tweeters are not highly regarded, but you should make your own judgement.
