Been a while since I posted here.
That short stent in prison set me back.
Just kiddin!!. It was a long stent!
Rehabbed these LS for a friend on the Klipsch forum who passed away before I finished. His family now has them.
I cut off the top with mid and tweeter horn and did a 1" indention vertically and horizontally all the way around the cabinet.
These were painted black when dropped off. Didn't veneer inside the dog house but repainted it black as well as the back which still has the original labels. My friend already had updated crites crossovers installed.
Built a 1/2" lip around top for inset of new grill frame with magnetic attachment and tan can grill cloth
My friends two young sons really enjoyed picking these up and will keep them in the family.
