Recomend a headband magnifier for my old eyes

Hi, I want to get a headband/visor magnifier. Like jewelers wear. I'm in my mid 60's, don't see as good as I used to. This would be mostly for soldering. I see the Donegan OptiVisor and similar on Amazon and other places. I have a collection of reading glasses on my bench. Up to a 3x, and I found I can actually double them up. It says with a visor you can leave your regular glasses on. I've never tried one on so I don't know how well I could see through one, and if it's better than reading glasses. I see lenses for them from 1.5 to 3.5x and an optional loupe that flips down. So I'd like to hear what you would recommend, what you prefer, and what magnifications you find most useful.

I just use a cheap one I found at Harbor Frt. It has two flip down lenses and a loop that swings down if that isn't enough. It also has lights. I used it yesterday to untangle a very thin necklace chain of my wife's. One of those big lighted magnafiers you mount on a desk are darn handy too.

Thanks guys, I got on Amazon and ordered the OptiVisor DA-4. It's 2X @ 10" I liked the fact that you can get replacement parts and accessories. Good reviews. I'll see how I like the 2X. I'll probably get an additional lens and the loupe and maybe the light. Now I need an electronics bench vice that can hold PCBs.

Note that the higher the magnification, the closer you need to be to the item. With the loupe added, the part is smack in front of the lens. The loupe is on my visor but I move it out of the way more than into my line of sight to use it.
