Discogs is decent, plus you can catalog what you've purchased there, and what you are seeking. Probably more pricey that some of the others, but its a great place to track down some pretty obscure stuff.
I've purchased styli through them on a few occasions and have never had an issue. Shop around their prices though. They are the best on some things and way high on some others.
Soundstagedirect. Excellent customer service. Low free shipping threshold. Get on the mailing list so you get the sale code emails. Sales are pretty constant.

I usually buy new LPs from Soundstage Direct, Elusive Disc, or Amazon. Occasionally from Bull Moose. Analog equipment from LP Gear or TurntableNeedles.com (or eBay, which really isn't a 'store'). All have been good.
