Recommendations for home theatre

Hello,
I am planning buy speakers and Denon x1600 separately for my living room 9 feet high roof.

My budget : 1200 or below
Receiver - Denon x1600x (600 USD)
do i need to buy central, subs,surround, front and back from the same brand for better performance?
Would appreciate if you could give me some recommendations within my budget to build home theatre using Denon x1600 ?

It’s typically considered best practice to use identical speakers all around. Next step down would be identical speakers across the front, with speakers from the same product line as surrounds. Next step down would be surrounds with similar voicing from the same manufacturer as the front three. Then surrounds with similar voicing from a different manufacturer. Then follow the same path with regard to the center vs the front left/right.

Hope this makes sense. I use three double advents across the front, and four Bose 601s for surrounds. The advents are great for either movies or music, and the Bose throw up a wall (three, actually) of diffused surround sound so seating positions don’t matter.
