The 111 is acetate backed tape. Would probably avoid fast winding that one. The 201 and ampex 641 are pretty robust tapes. With all of them would stick with 7 1/2 ips speed and take a pass on using 3 3/4 speed where the high freq are going to be pretty much non existent above 10k.
