Refinish,replace

Just picked up a sa600 Technics receiver, good shape but the satin metallic finish on several of the toggle switch knobs have worn off , exposing white plastic underneath.can these be refinished, as ppl online are asking $20 and up each and I need at least 8, so hoping you can help..thanks

Find a closely matching spray paint and paint them all. Of course clean off any oils, grease, or other residue before applying.
