Relay replacement for Sony Amplifier TA-515

Hello.
Anyone can suggest a relay replacement for a SONY TA-515?
The one installed is an OMRON G2C-2212P-V-US, which returns empty on google search
It is 24V DC for sure, SONY part number 1-515-303-00
The terminal arrangement is not the one I'm familiar with (it is asymmetrical, see picture)

Is it bad? I ask because it is rare that relays go bad unless they experienced some major over voltage which would take out the main coil. Or are the contacts just so badly pitted?

You should probably take an ohm meter to the coil just to be sure.

Pm Dr Audio he’s retrofitted several relays in my receivers !
