Remote Codes for Old Luxman Receiver

I am about to purchase an RX 103 Suck Face Receiver which to my knowledge was Luxman's first remote control receiver and the only receiver of that series to have this capability. The seller does not have the remote and it must be one of the most difficult things to find on the net. This unit came out as the co. was being taken over by Alpine and predates the more common Alpine/Luxman offerings(R-105, R117 etc). Circa 1982-83. That being the case, can I find out what the remote codes are and control this receiver functions from a inexpensive universal remote?

With my Logitech remote control, All I remember having to do with my Yamaha was search the serial number in Logitech's program and it found the codes and did it all by itself. YMMV. You can PM me the serial and I'll see if it comes up.
 
Remote for RX-103

I happen to have an RX-103 with the working remote.

If you never did find the codes I may be able to clone the remote so you can add it to a universal unit.
